Throughout my years at Xerox, I’ve been fortunate to support numerous products and projects I consider to be truly innovative. I’m biased, of course, but I feel strongly that many initiatives in which I’ve been involved were anchored by team-wide focus on the company’s drive to continuously innovate.
But while lots of companies claim to be innovators, many of them lack concrete innovation strategies that guide their efforts.
