Corporate Vice President
Dastin is responsible for the strategy, business of products and solutions that meet the needs of Enterprise customers. The products and solutions include the Office WorkCentre line, ColorQube, Entry Production Multifunction, FreeFlow and Extensible Interface Platform (EIP) based solutions.
Previously president of Xerox Office and Global Product Delivery Groups, Dastin has extensive experience in product development and delivery. He joined the company in 1981 and has held a variety of positions in advanced engineering, product development, marketing and customer support. His responsibilities have included technical program manager for Xerox’s first office color digital copier, general manager for desktop printers, and chief engineer for segment six monochrome multifunction products. From 2005 through 2008, Dastin led several business teams including the Office Color and Monochrome MFP business and software /controller development.
Dastin holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is the holder of 22 patents, has received two Xerox President’s Awards and serves on the boards of the United Way of Rochester and the National Academy Foundation of Rochester.

Leah Quesada is vice president of marketing for the Enterprise Business Group at Xerox Corporation. Quesada has over 25 years of experience in the document hard copy business and is responsible for worldwide marketing of office desktops, A3 multifunction devices and partner services, as well as integrated marketing programs utilized by Xerox’s worldwide sales channels. In her various assignments, Quesada has lived in five major cities, including two international locations. Her first overseas assignment was in Brazil to introduce color printing into Latin America’s largest market. Together with the local Xerox team, she successfully grew the color business, garnering the Best Color Performance Award for Xerox Brazil in the mid 90’s. Quesada’s second overseas assignment was also with Xerox Brazil as marketing director for the office business. There she helped transition the company into a more efficient, open distribution company, delivering significant cost improvements.
Quesada’s expansive multi-cultural background includes proficiency in multiple languages including English, Portuguese, Spanish and Filipino. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master’s degree in computer science and master of business administration from the University of Southern California. Quesada currently resides in Pittsford, N.Y. with her husband and son.

Denise McLaughlin has been leading innovative projects aimed at customer value creation strategies for Xerox for many years, holding a variety of roles in user experience design, communications, and marketing. Her current role is as manager for Worldwide Integrated Marketing Programs for the Enterprise Business Group.
She’s an enthusiastic champion for new thinking around a marketing culture that’s less about “selling” and more about connecting at a real level to real people in their everyday lives, finding an authentic voice for conversations in today’s crowded world of BtoB marketing communications. Denise strives to bring Xerox’s customers and real connections to life, and is producer for many customer videos including– “Blue Legacy/Expedition Blue Planet,” Skokie School District “Hue-Phoria,” Technip “Mythbusters” and “Solid Ink for a New Generation.” With a formal education in Experimental Psychology and Theatre, and she holds two U.S. patents for User Interface Design. She is married, with two children, and the proud keeper of a very independent Maine Coon Cat.
Social Marketing Specialist

Breanna Banford is the social marketing specialist for the Enterprise Business Group at Xerox Corporation. She developed the social media strategy for her team and develops content for the various Xerox social media platforms on topics like printing, MFPs, solutions and software, and trends related to the industry and business world.
She graduated in 2010 with a dual bachelor’s degree in public relations and Spanish from Quinnipiac University. In her personal life, she is an avid “tweeter” – you can follow her on Twitter @bmbanford. She lives in Rochester with her boyfriend and three-legged cat, Wembley.
Senior Manager, Product Security
Xerox Global Product Delivery Group
Larry Kovnat serves as Senior Manager of Product Security for Xerox Global Product Delivery Group (GPDG), where he is responsible for embedded systems and software application security in Xerox products. He is responsible for developing and promoting the overall security strategy of Xerox products.
Kovnat works with product development teams to ensure that proper engineering due diligence is applied to the security of Xerox devices and software. He and his team facilitate security risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and eliminate them from the design. His team is responsible for managing the ongoing security maintenance of Xerox products and for publishing security bulletins at www.xerox.com/security. He works collaboratively with the Xerox Innovation Group to bring unique Xerox security technologies to market. Through internal Xerox councils Kovnat works with principals across the corporation to align Xerox strategy around security.
Kovnat has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA and a Master’s of Science degree in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. Kovnat holds Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) credentials.
Director, Sustainable Services
Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability
Wendi Latko is Director of Sustainable Services in Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability at Xerox. In this role, she has responsibility for coordinating environmental sustainability initiatives relating to Xerox products and services and oversees all customer communications related to the environmental program. Her team works with Xerox researchers and product developers to evaluate the environmental aspects of new concepts and designs, making sure impacts and tradeoffs are understood. She also works closely with Xerox’s services group to quantify the environmental benefits of their offerings, and with the marketing groups to ensure the consistency and accuracy of environmental messaging.
In 2008, she achieved Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification after leading projects that led to significant productivity improvements in toner manufacturing.
Latko has a B.S. in mathematics from Allegheny College, a M.Eng. in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. She also serves as an advisory board member for the Industrial & Systems Engineering Department at RIT and the Board of Management for the Bayview Family YMCA.
Technical Project Manager
Xerox Light Production
Fred has been a first person witness to the beginning of the Print-On-Demand industry. He cut his teeth in the ‘90’s as an engineer and field analyst on DocuTech 135 through Xerox iGen3. He is today a Technical Project Manager for the Xerox Light Production color/mono family. His varied background includes M.S. from R.I.T.’s School of Imaging Arts/Science. He has a passion for helping people solve problems in new ways. He has fewer hobbies each year because he is busy re-learning all the hobbies of his youth—all over with his own children.
